In Psalm 74 we see God breaking the heads of leviathan. The word for dragon has been translated reptile in some Bibles. In the east some Buddhists and Hindus still worship what is called the Naga, a seven-headed sea serpent.

Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters. Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

Psalms 74:13-14

In Isaiah 27 we see leviathan and the woman that sits on him destroyed. Notice that when this happens, the Nile River will be destroyed. This is referring to the prophecies about the Antichrist destroying three of the ten nations, one of which is Egypt. In this process the Nile River dries up and is destroyed - see Ancient Prophecies Revealed for more details.
